Peter Wong is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in technology, legal, and corporate development roles. Currently serving as President and Chief Legal Officer at TruTag Technologies, Inc., Wong is dedicated to utilizing innovative covert barcoding technology for secure traceability and patient engagement in healthcare. At Hinalea Imaging, Peter leads initiatives in hyperspectral imaging and AI for diverse industries. Wong has also advised startups at Berkeley SkyDeck and played a significant role in educational governance as Chairman of the Board at Black Pine Circle School. With a strong background in corporate law, Wong has held senior positions at SKAI Ventures, LeapFrog Enterprises, and Quokka Sports, contributing to key fundraising, public offering, and company transition efforts. Wong holds a BA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a JD from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco.
