Dave Sutherland

Dave Sutherland has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in human resources and workforce planning. Dave most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Berkshire. Prior to that, they worked as the VP of Organization Effectiveness at Snyk, where they led people analytics, workforce planning, change management, and employee engagement strategies. Before that, Dave held the position of Senior Vice President Global Human Resources at Lumen Technologies, leading compensation, benefits, people analytics, and culture-related initiatives. Dave also gained valuable experience at Expedia Group, where they served as Vice President of Global Human Resources and held multiple roles, including Global Head of Global People Analytics, Global Head of Total Rewards, Global VP Human Resources Business Partner, and Global Head of HR Shared Services & HR Project Management Office. Earlier in their career, Dave worked at CH2M HILL as the Director of Workforce Insight and Avaya as the Director of Workforce Planning. Dave began their career at the Federal Bureau of Investigation as a Special Agent. Dave's expertise lies in driving strategic workforce decisions, leading large-scale HR initiatives, and implementing innovative people analytics solutions.

Dave Sutherland has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance from Boston College. Additionally, they hold a certification in Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from Avaya.
