Our company, Berlin-Wheeler, Inc., was established in 1951 to provide collection services primarily for medical, dental, and hospital clients. However, over the years the company developed collection expertise in many other collection areas, including public utilities, retail, commercial, credit card, student loans, and business and personal taxes. Along with an expanding base of clientele, we have developed outbound and inbound call center services for calls that are made on behalf of our client with the intent to maintain current payment agreements while preventing delinquencies. Involved in this service, we obtain payment through phone checks, as well as credit and debit cards from our client’s customer.
