Lise Glerup

Lise Glerup has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR-direktør at Berlingske Media since May 2006, overseeing HR development and administration with a team of six. Prior to this role, Lise Glerup worked at Falck Securitas Vagt A/S from November 2003 to May 2006, advancing from HR konsulent to HR Chef, where responsibilities included strategic partnership with management, employee satisfaction initiatives, leadership program development, and recruitment of key personnel. Lise Glerup holds a Cand.merc.int degree in Intercultural Management from Copenhagen Business School and a B.sc. in International Business and Modern Languages, also from Copenhagen Business School, complemented by studies at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
