Karin Svanevik Graff

Karin Svanevik Graff is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Since September 2012, Karin has served as HR-director and previously as HR-consultant at OBOS, focusing on recruitment, leadership support, employer branding, and competence development. Prior experience includes a role as HRM Consultant at Bluegarden AS from October 2008 to August 2012, where responsibilities involved recruitment and project management for the implementation of recruitment systems. Karin also completed an HR Trainee program at Utdanningsdirektoratet in 2007, gaining experience in competence development and administrative HR tasks. Earlier roles included communication responsibilities with ANSA Denmark and ANSA Copenhagen. Karin holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration and Modern Languages from Copenhagen Business School, as well as a degree in Market Economics from Niels Brock Copenhagen Business College.
