Therese Aagaard

Therese Aagaard currently serves as the Customer Lifecycle Manager at Bertel O. Steen AS, responsible for overseeing the customer journey and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through targeted initiatives. Prior experience includes strategic advising for major Norwegian brands at Bas Kommunikasjon, and a long tenure at Samlerhuset where Therese held various roles including Customer Experience Manager and Marketing Director, overseeing budget management and cross-departmental improvement projects. Therese holds a Master's degree in Marketing and International Management and a Bachelor's degree in Market Communication from BI Norwegian Business School.
