Paul Richards

Paul Richards has extensive experience in operations management and business strategy, currently serving as Operations Manager at Bertucci's since June 2011, where notable achievements include developing best practices for inventory accuracy and receiving recognition for exceptional guest service. As Co-Founder of Little Hero Capes since October 2008, Paul specializes in business strategy and mobile retail space design. Previously, at Hard Rock International, Paul was promoted to Operations Manager in 2008 and successfully achieved the highest guest satisfaction scores in five years. Paul attended Temple University and Pennsylvania State University - Penn State York in 2003.
