Katie Garay

Katie Garay is an experienced construction professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Project Engineer and Site Engineer at BESIX Watpac since December 2018, Katie has contributed to significant projects including the Queensland Country Bank Stadium and the Sun Metals Zinc Refinery Expansion Project. Prior experience at Lendlease from August 2011 to November 2018 as a Site Engineer and Cadet Engineer involved defect management, programming, and subcontractor coordination. Earlier roles include working as an Office Administrator and Sales Executive, with a strong foundation in marketing and office management. Katie holds a Bachelor of Construction Management from the University of Newcastle and a Bachelor of Property Economics from the University of Technology Sydney.
