Joseph Stephen is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering, product management, and software development. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at Best Buy since July 2013, Joseph is focused on transforming Order Management, Customer Care, and Geek Squad Services technology teams utilizing Cloud Native technologies and Agile practices. Prior roles include Director of Product Management and Software Engineering at Best Buy, where leadership was provided to the Geek Squad Services Technology team, and Senior Manager of Product Capability Management, responsible for overseeing engineering and delivery in the Best Buy Mobile technology portfolio. Before joining Best Buy, Joseph established a Program Management Office at SapientNitro to enhance software delivery for Target.com and held various technical leadership roles at Wipro Limited. Joseph holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Management Studies from Manipal GlobalNxt University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Madras.
