Samantha McPherson

Samantha McPherson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in category management and product development within the retail sector. Currently serving as a Category Lead/Buyer at Best Buy since September 2019, Samantha has successfully developed and executed business strategies for gaming desktops and home theater accessories, while leading a team of analysts to achieve merchandising and inventory goals. Previous roles include Category Manager at MerchSource, where responsibility included managing over 150 products annually, and Merchandise Product Manager at Punch Studio, where Samantha developed over 100 products resulting in significant sales growth. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government/Political Theory from Dartmouth College and has completed the Tuck Bridge Business Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
