Martin Friedlmeier

Martin Friedlmeier is an experienced technology and logistics professional, currently serving as the Director of Tech Logistics at BESTSECRET Group since January 2018. In this role, Martin leads multiple agile software development teams and has successfully expanded and reorganized the Tech Logistics department by implementing structured team processes and agile methodologies. Prior to this, Martin held several key positions including Head of Tech-Logistics, where responsibilities included managing strategic roadmaps and product planning for agile engineering teams, and Team Lead Manager, focusing on personnel management and scaling development teams. Martin also has a background as a Senior Product Manager and Senior Consultant, with significant experience in the telecommunications sector through positions at adesso SE and m3 management consulting GmbH. Martin’s career began as an IT Consultant/Senior Software Engineer at SkyTec AG, where Martin contributed to the development of an enterprise-wide HR solution. Educated at Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, Martin has built a strong foundation in technology and project management.
