Jason Katsohis is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in strategic recruitment within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Beth Israel Lahey Health since January 2022, Jason is responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies aligned with organizational business needs. Previously, Jason held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center from September 2015 to January 2022, leading a team to address diverse staffing requirements across various clinical and non-clinical domains. Jason’s career began at Professional Staffing Group, where from October 2000 to September 2015, various roles culminated in the position of Senior Staffing Manager, focusing on staffing services across multiple industries in New England. Jason holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire.
