Better Dairy
Camila A Cotrim, PhD, serves as the Head of Bioprocessing, Downstream Processing Team Lead, and Protein Biochemist at Better Dairy since May 2022. Prior to this role, Camila was a Senior Research Associate at the University of East Anglia from September 2019 to May 2022 and held a Postdoctoral Research Fellow position at Griffith University from January 2017 to August 2019. Additional postdoctoral experience includes a tenure at the UQ Institute for Molecular Bioscience in early 2016 and a Visiting Scientist role at both the University of Stockholm and The University of Queensland in 2015. Camila holds a PhD in Biotechnology - Biochemistry from The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg, a Master's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho.
