Caroline Hatfield

Caroline Hatfield is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning experience design, clinical care, and program management. Currently serving as the Manager of Learning Experience Design at BetterUp, Caroline previously held the position of Lead Therapist at BLND Health, where significant contributions included designing a New York Times-featured virtual wellness program. Earlier roles involved diverse responsibilities, such as managing an entrepreneurship program at Venture for America, co-founding The Forge Detroit, and directing partner development at SYNEK, Inc. Caroline holds a Bachelor's degree in American Media & Culture from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan.
