Doris Lau

Doris Lau is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and strategy across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Coach Operations at BetterUp since March 2022, Doris leads Coach Recruiting & Hiring, Quality, Compensation, and Network Optimization for a diverse network of coaches. Previously, as Vice President of Operations & Strategy at Narvar, Doris oversaw a global team of 50, enhancing the client experience across multiple SaaS products. During a tenure at Google, Doris established a team focused on transforming customer experiences across numerous products, while earlier positions at Walmart eCommerce and Williams-Sonoma involved significant contributions to inventory and supply chain management. Doris earned an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and holds a BA in Economics and Legal Studies with a Minor in Business Administration from the same institution.
