Nadia Szeinbaum is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in environmental microbiology and innovation. Currently serving as Senior Scientist at Beyond Meat since July 2020, Nadia has previously held roles such as NASA Postdoctoral Program Fellow at NASA from May 2018 to June 2020, where research focused on microbial cooperation in oxidative toxicity, and Postdoctoral Researcher at Georgia Institute of Technology, exploring anaerobic methane and acetate oxidation. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Environmental Microbiology and a Master's in Environmental Engineering, both from Georgia Institute of Technology, along with a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Universidad de Belgrano. Additional experience includes directing undergraduate research projects and teaching laboratory courses, as well as internships in environmental engineering and biogas production.
