Jerry Koshy Csm

Jerry Koshy, CSM, MBA, serves as a Senior Service Delivery Manager for Digital Products and Customer Digital Retail Experience at Toyota North America since March 2019. In this role, Jerry leads multiple programs for the Digital Consumer Experience team and oversees vendor relationships and development lifecycles. Concurrently, Jerry holds a position at Beyondsoft, performing various roles on assignment at Lexus Motors USA and Toyota Motors North America. Jerry has previously contributed to organizations such as SMITH, Farmer Brothers, Oracle, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts in senior management roles across project management and operations. Jerry holds two MBA degrees, one from The University of Dallas and another from Western Sydney University.
