Michael Casella

Michael Casella has extensive work experience in sales operations, finance, and financial planning and analysis. Michael is currently working as the Sr. Director of Sales Operations at BeyondTrust since December 2022. Prior to this, they held roles including Head of Revenue Operations and Director of Finance and Sales Operations at PowerPlan, Inc. from 2019 to 2022. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Invesco Ltd. as the Global Head of FP&A - Corporate and Enterprise Support Services, where they advised and consulted with the CEO and executive leadership team on financials and served as the primary business partner to the CFO. Before that, they worked at Guggenheim Partners as the Managing Director, Head of FP&A Corporate, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the CEO, executive committee, and business partners. Michael also served as the CFO of the Global Information Technology Division at Barclays Investment Bank and held various roles at Lehman Brothers.

Michael Casella has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management. Michael also participated in an MBA Exchange Program at ESSEC Business School, where they focused on Accounting and Finance. Michael Casella completed their undergraduate studies at the University at Albany, SUNY, earning a degree in Arts with a field of study in Psychology.
