Dzenan Gagula has a robust career in telecommunications, currently serving as the Director of Network Infrastructure at BH Telecom since 2005. In this role, Dzenan has also held positions as Head of the IP and Transport Network Department and Head of the IP/MPLS Department, in addition to serving as an IP Network System Engineer. Prior to joining BH Telecom, Dzenan worked as an IP Network Support Engineer at PING d.o.o. Sarajevo from 2003 to 2005. Dzenan's educational background includes a degree in Telecommunications Engineering (dipl.el.ing) obtained from the University of Sarajevo from 1996 to 2002.
