Aruna Kashyap

Aruna Kashyap is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and organizational development. Currently serving as Senior General Manager at Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited since March 2022, Aruna has held various senior positions including General Manager and Deputy General Manager. Previous experience includes roles as HR Business Partner at Leica Biosystems and Partner - People & Culture at Roche, where Aruna contributed to strategic HR initiatives from September 2013 to February 2022. Aruna began a career in human resources at TATA Housing and Development Co.in as a Senior Executive and gained early experience as a Summer Intern at Novartis and as an Assistant Associate Consultant at Ma Foi Randstad. Aruna holds a degree in Management Studies from SIES College of Commerce & Economics and furthered education at the Maharashtra Institute of Labour Studies.
