Michelle Combs has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Michelle began their career at Hardees Food System in 1987, where they worked as a General Manager until 2002. Following that, they joined KFC as a General Manager and remained in that position for 12 years from 2002 to 2014. In 2014, they transitioned to Bi-State Development and started as a Customer Service Analyst. Michelle then progressed to roles such as Transit Service Manager, Office Transit Services Manager, and currently holds the position of Customer Service Director. Their responsibilities at Bi-State Development include overseeing bus operators, ensuring safety protocols, managing route scheduling, and facilitating safety committees. Michelle Combs has demonstrated their expertise in customer service and operational management throughout their career.
Michelle Combs earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Lindenwood University, where they attended from 2013 to 2017. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General at Lindenwood University from 2017 to 2018. Finally, they completed a Master of Arts (MA) in Communication and Media Studies at Webster University from 2019 to 2022.

St. Louis Regional Freightway: The St. Louis Regional Freightway was established with the mission of optimizing the St. Louis region’s network of freight transportation infrastructure and advancing the bi-state area’s position as a premier freight gateway and multimodal hub. The Freightway plays a critical role in the growth of the region’s manufacturing and distribution sector.
