Ted Zimmerman has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Ted started their career as a Senior Vice President at Illini Federal, where they guided the development and implementation of policies and procedures in the retail banking division. Ted then joined Gateway Arch Riverfront as the Director of Operations, responsible for the advancement and operation of an educational and entertainment venue. At The Walt Disney Company, they served as the General Manager for Radio Disney St Louis, overseeing consumer engagement and executing experiential promotional events. Ted also worked as an Independent Contractor, offering marketing and sales consulting services. Currently, Ted is the Vice President MarCom at Bi-State Development, where they motivate innovation, influences change, and monetizes opportunities.

Ted Zimmerman completed their education with a high school diploma in general studies from Belleville Township High School East in 1982. Ted then pursued further studies at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 1982 to 1988, earning a bachelor's degree in business.
