Carlos Sereno started their work experience at GTSI - Gestão Total de Sistemas de Informação in 2001 as a Software Developer. Carlos then worked for To-Be in 2004 as a Software Developer before joining HFSO - Consultoria Informática in 2005 as a Software Developer & Systems Administrator. Carlos then moved to Gate Gourmet in 2007 as a Software Developer & Systems Administrator. In 2009, they joined BI4ALL as a Senior Full-Stack Developer and later progressed to roles including Software Engineering Team Leader, Software Engineering Lead, and currently holds the position of Software Engineering Director.
Carlos Sereno attended Escola Profissional de Salvaterra de Magos from 1998 to 2001, where they studied Informática de Gestão. In 2010, they attended Atelier de Imagem for a course on Fundamentos de Fotografia. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Workshop Windows Azure Platform from Rumos in September 2010, and they have been a Microsoft Certified Professional since May 2009. It is not specified where they obtained their certification in Developing and Implementing Windows-based Applications with Microsoft Visual C# .NET and Microsoft Visual Studio .NET.
