Carol Stephan is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in global brand management and product development. Currently serving as a Senior Global Brand Manager at BIC since January 2024, Carol is focused on the global launch plan for the men's shaver category. Prior to this, Carol worked as a Senior Marketing Manager at Givaudan, leading cross-functional teams in personal care. Carol’s experience at L'Oréal included roles as an International Project Manager, where significant contributions were made to the global strategy of prominent lipstick and haircare ranges, and earlier positions as an Assistant International Product Manager and Assistant Zone Marketing Manager, where key innovations and regional support initiatives were implemented. Carol holds a Master's degree in Management specializing in Marketing & Innovation from ESCP Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the American University of Beirut.
