Chris Dayton is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as the Vice President of Financial Planning Analysis at BIC since January 2019, Chris leads the Group Operating Plan and 18-Month Rolling Forecast process, focusing on strategic planning, capital allocation, risk management, and support for business strategy and investor communications. Prior to BIC, Chris held various leadership roles at Pepperidge Farm, including Vice President Finance, where responsibility encompassed financial performance oversight for multiple business functions, along with roles in strategic and annual planning. Chris began a career in finance at Procter & Gamble and Clairol, progressing through various managerial positions. Chris holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
