Mike Hannay

Mike Hannay currently serves as the Chief Product & Supply Chain Officer at Bicycle Therapeutics, leading a talented CMC team in the development and supply of innovative medicines utilizing novel bi-cyclic molecules. Previously, Mike was the Managing Director of the Medical Technologies Innovation Facility, focusing on advancing medical technologies from development to commercialization. Extensive experience includes leadership roles at the NHS as Managing Director of the East Midlands Academic Health Science Network, and at Thermo Fisher Scientific as Vice President & General Manager, overseeing a large team and various business functions. Mike has also held key positions at AstraZeneca, Teva Pharmaceuticals, UCB, and Sanofi, contributing significantly to the development of numerous groundbreaking medicines. Educational qualifications include a DSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences, an MBA, and multiple degrees in Pharmaceutical Science from esteemed institutions.
