Janelle Shroyer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in talent management, strategic marketing, and non-profit initiatives. Currently serving as Talent Manager and Strategic Marketing Manager at Big-D Construction since October 2020, Janelle has also co-founded Back 2 School Bounty™ to support local teachers through supply and resource assistance. Previously, Janelle held roles as a Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Assistant at Adolfson & Peterson Construction, focusing on enhancing community trust and safety within the construction industry. Early career experience includes positions as Administrative Assistant III at First Hawaiian Bank and Client Specialist at Ronald Blue & Co., where Janelle contributed to financial and estate planning services. Educationally, Janelle holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Dietetic Technician from Chandler/Gilbert Community College.
