Paul Redfern

Paul Redfern has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Paul is currently serving as the Chief Product Officer at Big Picture Medical and as the Advisory Chief Product Officer at The Violet Initiative. In 2023, they also worked as a Mentor at Techstars. Prior to that, they held multiple positions at Startmate, including Chief Operating Officer, Head of Programs, and Coach. Paul has also worked as an Explorer at AirTree, Head of Product at Brighte, and Head of Lending Product, as well as a Product Manager, at Tyro Payments. Their earlier experience includes roles such as Senior Product Manager and Product Manager at Bank of Queensland, and Country Manager at Mintel. Paul started their career as a Strategist at LOUD.

Paul Redfern has a Bachelor of Media degree from Macquarie University.
