Swapnil Desale

Swapnil Desale is an accomplished marketing and growth leader with extensive experience in the e-commerce and technology sectors. Currently serving as Head of Marketing and Growth for BBInstant and Head of New Initiatives for BBDaily at bigbasket.com since August 2018, Swapnil has successfully launched new lines of business, managed P&L, and developed operational processes. Prior to this role, Swapnil was the City Head at Ola, overseeing business growth and P&L management while fostering partnerships. Swapnil's career began at Pidilite Industries as an Area Sales Manager, where responsibilities included sales management and channel innovations. Early career experience includes a technical role at Tech Mahindra, supporting AT&T systems. Swapnil holds a PGDM in Marketing from Goa Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
