Jason Taylor

Jason Taylor is an experienced professional with a strong background in technology and support services. Currently serving as the Director of Professional Services at BigPanda since January 2022, Jason previously held various roles at Intel Corporation from April 2010 to January 2022, including Server Infrastructure Lead and Product Owner for both Windows Infrastructure and Security and Event Management and Monitoring. Earlier experience includes roles such as IT Manager and Systems Programmer at Intel, Computer Support IV at Arizona State University, and Tier 2 Desktop Support at Charles Schwab. Jason's career also involved contract work focusing on desktop support and system roll-outs for numerous companies, including a significant project with the US Postal Service. Academically, Jason holds a Master's degree in Computing Studies from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
