Adrian Norman is an experienced executive with a strong background in digital marketing and e-commerce, currently serving as the Chief Marketing and Digital Officer at BIGtoken®, a Web3-powered customer loyalty solution since October 2023. Previously, Adrian held the position of SVP, Global Head of Digital and DTC Ecommerce at Dorel Sports, where a 20-member team was built to drive digital transformation and launch a DTC electric bike business. Earlier roles include VP, Ecommerce and Digital Experience at Barnes & Noble, where oversight of a $270M e-commerce P&L was maintained, and VP, Digital Marketing & New Products at Simon & Schuster, responsible for developing digital marketing capabilities. Adrian's career also includes time as Executive Director of Digital Marketing at The Walt Disney Company, contributing to the digital business for Disney - ABC Television. Adrian holds an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from The Wharton School and a BA in English Literature from Skidmore College.
