Dave Cooke has over 20 years of experience in technology leadership roles. Currently, they serve as the Chief Technology Officer at Billhighway, where they are responsible for aligning technology platforms and teams, driving continuous improvement, and providing expert guidance across all technology domains. Prior to this, Dave was the Chief Technology Officer at Primulent Technologies, LLC, where they performed software consulting services and directed all technology operations and strategic planning. Dave also worked as the Senior Director Application Development at Graduate Management Admission Council™ (GMAC™) and as the Director of Software Engineering at Unison. Earlier in their career, Dave held various technology leadership positions at STR, LLC, Altum, Inc., Huddler.com, Mobile Audit, and The College Board, where they gained experience in software development, agile methodologies, and architecting scalable solutions.
Dave Cooke attended George Mason University from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
