Grace Szu

Grace Szu is a highly experienced scientist specializing in downstream process development and molecular diagnostics. Currently serving as a Staff Scientist at Bio-Rad Laboratories since February 2022, Grace has worked on new product development, technology transfer, and process validation for droplet digital PCR BioPharma kits and rapid diagnostics systems. Prior to this role, Grace contributed as a Scientist III at CS-Bay Therapeutics, focusing on cancer immunotherapy and therapeutic antibody development, where substantial achievements included establishing a mammalian protein expression and purification capacity. Previous positions include Scientist II at Accurus Biosciences, Scientist I at Radiant Genomics, and a foundational role as a Scientist at Flamentera AG, alongside a postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford University and extensive graduate research at the University of Texas. Grace Szu holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Texas at Austin and completed postdoctoral studies at Stanford University.
