Lia Vosti

Lia Vosti is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, coaching, and engineering. Currently serving as a Sr. Project Manager for the Technical Training Program at Bio-Rad Laboratories since April 2023, Lia also operates as an Executive Coach through Lia Vosti Coaching since March 2022. Previous experience includes a significant tenure at Teleflex Incorporated, where Lia held various roles, including Training Manager and R&D Engineer, from August 2014 to March 2023, along with earlier positions in biological process development. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from Santa Clara University and ongoing studies for a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Harvard Extension School. Lia's collaborative efforts during the engineering senior design project at Santa Clara University focused on developing a replacement for the lower gastrointestinal tract for patients with specific health conditions.
