Daren Bryce's work experience begins in 1997 when they worked as a Product Specialist at Johnson Matthey. Daren then advanced to roles such as Business Development Manager and Product Manager within the company. In 2014, they joined Nerudia as a Commercial Manager, responsible for executing the company's commercial strategy. Daren then moved on to become the Commercial Director at Biocatalysts Ltd in 2017, where they oversaw the production of specialty enzymes for various industries. Daren later became the VP of Food & Pharmaceuticals at Biocatalysts Ltd, managing the Food and Pharmaceuticals Business Unit.
Daren Bryce earned a Diploma in Company Direction (Dip IoD) from the Institute of Directors (IoD) in 2022. Prior to this, they obtained a Certificate in Company Direction (Cert IoD) from the same institute between 2018 and 2021. In 1996, Daren completed an M.Sc. in Inorganic Chemistry and Economics from Imperial College London, following a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the same institution between 1993 and 1996.
