Will Gray is an experienced executive currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at CopilotIQ since 2024. Previously, Will held the position of Head of Central Operations at Forward from July 2018 to 2023 and was the Head of Consumer Products & Licensing at Riot Games from 2014 to 2018. As a Co-Founder of Three Cherries from 2012 to 2014, Will contributed significantly to the startup's development. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Vice President of Business Development at Cinder Block, Digital Programming and Strategy at MTV Networks, and as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company. Will began a professional career as a Research Associate at Medtronic. Will holds a Master's degree in Medical Engineering from Harvard Medical School and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
