Ellen Tworkoski

Ellen Tworkoski is a highly skilled data scientist with extensive experience in epidemiological studies, data analysis, and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Data Scientist at Biogen since June 2022, Ellen previously held the position of Senior Policy Lead at Acumen, LLC, where responsibilities included managing multiple projects, implementing advanced statistical models, and leading a team. Ellen's earlier roles spanned research internships at FDA and NIST, focusing on polymer materials and cleaning efficacy, as well as positions in structural steel detailing. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University, an MPhil in Micro- and Nanotechnology Enterprise from the University of Cambridge, and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
