Melissa Kaskiewicz

Melissa Kaskiewicz, PACS, is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries, currently serving as a Neuropsychiatry Access Navigator at Biogen since January 2025. Previously, Kaskiewicz held roles including Field Reimbursement Manager at Avadel Pharmaceuticals plc and Syneos Health, where education and support on product access programs were provided. Earlier experience encompasses key account management at Sage Therapeutics and AMAG Pharmaceuticals, as well as sales management positions at Novo Nordisk and Bayer Diagnostics. Kaskiewicz earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Merrimack College, completing the program in 2003.
