Kelly O. has extensive experience in project management, starting in 2015 as a Project Coordinator at Biolumina. Kelly then progressed to become a Senior Project Coordinator before joining McCann New York in 2017 as a Project Manager. Kelly returned to Biolumina in 2018, starting as a Senior Project Manager and later moving up to the role of Group Project Manager. In April 2021, they became an Associate Director of Project Management, and in July 2023, they were promoted to VP, Associate Director, Project Management.
Kelly O. attended the University of Houston, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Production in 2012.
