Kerry Flynn-Scala

Kerry Flynn-Scala, RN, BSN, PACS, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager for Skeletal Dysplasia at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc., Kerry successfully launched a groundbreaking gene therapy in the assigned territory and established a treatment home in a newly developed specialty area. Previously, as National Director of Field Reimbursement at Novo Nordisk, Kerry enhanced patient access and education regarding rare disease biopharmaceuticals, overseeing a team of eight field reimbursement managers and significantly improving process efficiency. Additionally, in roles as Sr. Growth Disorder Therapy Manager and Growth Hormone Therapy Manager, Kerry achieved notable revenue milestones and fostered key relationships across Northern New Jersey and New York City. Kerry holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University, is a certified Prior Authorization Specialist, and completed an Executive Education Certificate at The Wharton School.
