Elissar Nassereddine is a Genomic Data Scientist at Bionano since January 2022, with prior experience as a Bioinformatics Scientist at CNRS from September 2019 to September 2021, where work included a deep learning project on predicting non-B-DNA structures and analyzing NGS data related to chromatin stability and double-strand breaks. Earlier, Elissar contributed to evolutionary analysis of the titin protein at IBDM in 2019. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Bioinformatics from Université de Rouen and Aix-Marseille University, along with ongoing studies in Biology at Lebanese University.
