Khoa Pham

Scientist at Bionano

Khoa Pham is a skilled scientist with extensive experience in molecular biology and bioengineering. At Bionano since July 2013, Khoa has developed innovative techniques for manipulating high molecular weight DNA within a next-generation mapping system, collaborating with various academic and industry partners to analyze structural variations related to specific phenotypes. Previously, as a research assistant at the Sanford Burnham Prebys Medical Discovery Institute from June 2012 to July 2013, Khoa supported a postdoctoral fellow in research focused on heart development and cardiac function using Drosophila melanogaster as a model organism. Khoa holds a degree in Bioengineering with a minor in General Biology from UC San Diego, completed in 2012.
