Jyotsna Shelar is a skilled microbiologist with a strong educational background, holding an MSc in Microbiology from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a BSc in Microbiology from MES’ Abasaheb Garware College. Currently serving as a Research Executive at Bioprime™ since July 2023, Jyotsna previously held the position of Assistant Professor at Sahebraoji Buttepatil Mahavidyalay Rajagurunagar Pune from November 2022 to July 2023. Earlier experience includes roles as a Laboratory Technician at both VIPANAN ANALYTICAL TECHNOLOGIES LLP and Sanjeevan Hospitals in 2022 and 2021, respectively.

We build climate resilience in crops by using targeted physiology modulating biomolecules. Targetting critical pathways allows us to deliver a 2X faster and more tangible results of assured growth that translates into assured yields. These biomolecules are crop agnostic, compatible with all current agricultural practices and can be used on as is where is basis irrespective of farmland size. The products are at early commercialization stage. Bioprime continues its research of discovering newer and more effective leads through our SNIPR-Smart Nanomolecules Induced Physiological Response tech Platform. By developing a battery of cost-effective thigh throughput screening protocols we are able to develop more effective products faster and more economically. Bioprime was founded by three researchers who believe that cutting edge technology can truly transform agriculture in India and globally. The company believes in using time tested molecules and environment-friendly chemistry in keeping with sustainable agriculture at its core.
