Greg Golden is an experienced operations and management professional with a diverse background in logistics, training, and restaurant operations. Currently serving as Operations Manager at BioTouch since August 2022, Greg previously held roles such as Terminal Manager at USPack and Hackbarth Delivery Service, and Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor at Big Easy Blends. Greg's experience includes significant leadership positions, notably as Vice President at Hot Shot Express, where four branch offices were opened, and contributions to the development of operational procedures. In the restaurant industry, Greg served as General Manager at TGI Fridays, where a new location was successfully launched, and as Market Trainer at La Madeleine, overseeing the development of managers across the Atlanta area. Greg holds a degree from The University of Southern Mississippi and completed education at Hattiesburg High School.
