Don Esch has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Don started their career in 1990 as the Vice President and General Manager at Fredrick Raymond. Don then held multiple roles at Invensys, including Vice President of the Bread & Roll Strategic Business Unit and Vice President of the Cookie, Cracker & Snack Strategic Business Unit. In 1998, they joined Plasti-Line / ImagePoint as the Vice President of the Foodservice Strategic Business Unit. From 2006 to 2019, they served as the CEO of Gainco Inc. and as the CEO & President of Exsurco Medical. Don also worked at Bettcher Industries, where they held various positions, including Vice President of Sales & Marketing and President & COO. Additionally, they have served on the boards of ACRT Services, Norwalk Furniture, Bird Technologies, and St. John Medical Center.
Don Esch completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Albion College, which they attended from 1972 to 1976. Don then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Oklahoma from 1976 to 1977, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General.
