Michael Simpson has extensive work experience in various roles within the operations and manufacturing field. Michael started their career as a Production Supervisor/Leader at Acuity Brands in 1995 and worked their way up to Factory Manager. Michael then moved on to Saint-Gobain Crystals and held positions as a Manufacturing Manager and Director of Operations. After that, they joined Avery Dennison as a Plant Manager before transitioning to Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics as an Operations Director and later Director of Operations. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer at Bird Technologies. Throughout their career, Michael has gained expertise in managing operations, overseeing budgets, and leading teams.
Michael Simpson received an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Lorain County Community College. Michael then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Kent State University. After that, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Baldwin Wallace University, which they completed in 2010.
