Susan Klunder

Susan Klunder is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over 18 years in various leadership roles. Currently serving as VP of People at Bird, Susan previously held senior positions at FreshBooks, including Senior Director of Human Resources, where responsibilities included overseeing human resources initiatives from November 2017 to May 2024. Prior to this, Susan worked at Louis Vuitton, leading human resources for the Canada Corporate Office and overseeing employee relations for the Americas Corporate Headquarters. Additional experience includes roles as a Human Resources Business Partner at Morgan Stanley and as a Senior Employee Relations Assistant at TD. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from New York University.
