Dr. Nicole Beitlich

Dr. Nicole Beitlich currently serves as the Head of Chemical Labs & Laboratory Data Management at BIRKENSTOCK, focusing on lab process and data management, LIMS administration, and research and development in consumer safety and pollutants in leather products. Previous experience includes a postdoctoral research role at Technische Universität Dresden, where research involved the characterization of brewery waste streams and natural products for sustainability, alongside food fraud methods for authenticating New Zealand Manuka honey. Educational credentials include a Dr.rer.nat. in Food Chemistry & Analytics and a Diploma in Food Chemistry, both obtained from Technische Universität Dresden.
