Vini Varma

Vini Varma serves as the Senior Director Legal at Birlasoft since September 2021, overseeing legal, regulatory, and compliance matters for global entities. Previously, Vini held the position of Head of Legal at Aeris Communications from May 2017 to September 2021, managing regulatory and compliance issues across the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and North Africa regions. Experience includes serving as Corporate Legal Counsel at DXC Technology, where responsibilities encompassed vendor and customer contracts as well as compliance with various regulations. Prior roles at HCL Technologies, CPA Global, and Innodata Isogen contributed to a strong foundation in legal support and contract management. Vini earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Lucknow from 2002 to 2007.
