Nicolás Vilchez

Nicolás Vilchez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and lean manufacturing. Currently serving as the Global Director of Lean Manufacturing at Bitfarms, Nicolás leads the deployment of lean management principles and the development of a standardization system. Previous roles include Operations & Supply Manager at Kavak.com, Operations Junior Manager at Softys, and various supervisory and managerial positions at Groupe Renault, where Nicolás was responsible for production ramp-up, team building, and quality control. Earlier career experiences at Iveco involved freight optimization and lean implementation. Nicolás holds an MBA from Universidad de 'San Andrés'​ and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba.
